Customer service
is still the cornerstone

It all began when Linda, a 25-year-old Army veteran, founded Quality Printing with a payment arrangement for some equipment and a customer list.

During the day, she went door to-door collecting orders, then went home to care for her two children after school. In the evening, she returned to work to print the day’s orders.

By the mid-1970s, business was booming on a hard-earned reputation for great service. So she added typesetting services and invested in larger printing presses.

In the 1980s, Linda’s son Steve Harney returned to the company after 4 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps. He eventually acquired the business and renamed it One Point to reflect the growing list of services we offer today.

Today, One Point continues to invest in technology and talent to make it easier for customers to manage their marketing supply chains.
